What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of total software (backend) development experience, Python + SQL skills, Experience building production-grade AI/ML systems, 2–4+ years hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI, Experience working in client-facing roles, partnering with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
Nice to Have
GCP certifications, Experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent systems, Exposure to automation / workflow platforms (RPA, low-code), Familiarity with Microsoft AI ecosystem
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end design and delivery of AI modules — from architecture to production deployment — for complex
multi-component features
leveraging GCP and Microsoft AI ecosystem capabilities
Define LLM integration patterns
Own technical quality and performance of these systems
Act as the primary technical interface with cross-functional
Participate in requirements workshops and solution demos
