The business is expanding rapidly and places deep trust in the specialists who help shape its technology strategy - making this an environment where your expertise directly influences how the company grows and evolves.     Role Overview The AI Automation Specialist will research, evaluate, and operationalize AI tools and automation workflows across marketing, operations, and customer experience functions. This is a hands-on implementation and enablement role - not an engineering position - focused on integrating the right tools, documenting repeatable systems, and empowering team members to use AI effectively at scale.
