As they continue expanding the use of artificial intelligence across multiple departments, they are investing in smarter reporting, workflow automation, dashboard creation, and connected systems that reduce manual work and help teams operate more efficiently. They are seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to help identify inefficiencies, automate workflows, connect business systems, and drive strategic AI adoption throughout the organization. Role Overview The AI Automation Specialist will work directly with department leaders across Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership to identify manual processes, streamline workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions. The AI Automation Specialist will serve as the organization's internal AI and automation expert, helping teams leverage Claude Desktop Enterprise, workflow automation platforms, MCP integrations, and connected business systems to reduce manual work, improve reporting, automate dashboards, and increase operational efficiency. This role bridges business process improvement and technical execution, requiring deep fluency in modern AI tools, automation platforms, and business systems. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and significant visibility across the organization.
