They provide employee support services, organizational consulting, wellness solutions, and technology-enabled resources to help organizations improve employee wellbeing and performance. As the company continues to embrace AI across multiple departments, they are seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to help identify inefficiencies, automate workflows, and drive strategic AI adoption throughout the organization. Role Overview The AI Automation Specialist will work directly with department leaders across Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership to identify manual processes, streamline workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions. This role bridges business process improvement and technical execution, requiring deep fluency in modern AI tools, automation platforms, and connected business systems. The AI Automation Specialist will serve as the organization's internal AI and automation expert, helping teams leverage Claude, workflow automation platforms, and integrated business systems to reduce manual work, improve reporting, and increase operational efficiency.
