For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. **Who The Client Is:** Our client is a fast-growing Australian commercial construction business — around ten years old, roughly 55 staff, tracking circa $60M in revenue with ~25% year-on-year growth — delivering projects across NSW, metropolitan Victoria and Adelaide. They specialise in industrial, education, government, corporate, retail, aged care / retirement living and childcare projects, and win by being a genuine extension of their clients' teams rather than the cheapest line on the sheet. **Role Overview:** We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can bridge the gap between operations, systems, and AI-driven process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying inefficiencies, reducing repetitive manual work, and implementing practical automation solutions across multiple business functions including sales, estimating, project delivery, finance, and administration. You will work closely with operational stakeholders to streamline workflows, integrate systems, improve data visibility, and build AI-supported tools that help teams work smarter and faster. This is the first dedicated AI hire inside the business — a rare opportunity to own what gets built, ship working solutions from week one, and help shape how an entire indu
