Must Have
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field, 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI application development, programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, Demonstrates an AI experimentation mindset with the ability to prototype, test, and refine AI-driven workflow automation solutions, Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar, Proven experience delivering production-grade AI or automation solutions, Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and ServiceNow, Good understanding of AI governance, security, and enterprise compliance practices
