Working primarily across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Azure services, you will support the full delivery lifecycle from discovery and build through to testing, deployment, and early-life support. You will help clients turn requirements into secure, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real business problems with technology, working closely with clients and colleagues, and helping shape a growing capability within Sword. **About the role:** As an AI & Automation Engineer, you will deliver client solutions using Microsoft technologies, with a strong focus on Power Platform, Microsoft 365 integration, Copilot Studio, and Azure-enabled services. You will play a hands-on role in building, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions that meet client needs and align with technical and governance standards. You will work with clients, consultants, architects, and specialists to shape requirements, support solution design, and deliver
