Those in artificial intelligence and machine learning at PwC will focus on developing and implementing advanced AI and ML solutions to drive innovation and enhance business processes. Your work will involve designing and optimising algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation. ## **職缺摘要** 我們正在招募具備顧問思維與專案推進能力的 AI 導入顧問，專注於**製造與半導體產業場域** ，協助企業落地生成式 AI 平台應用。 此角色將負責從「需求訪談 → Use case 收斂 → 導入規劃 → PoC/Pilot → 正式上線 → 成效驗證」之完整歷程，並擔任客戶與技術團隊之間的關鍵橋樑。 ## **工作內容** ### **A. 客戶訪談與需求收斂** * 主導製造/半導體客戶訪談（產線、工程、品質、IT、知識管理等部門） * 梳理業務痛點，轉化為 AI Use Cases（如：良率分析、SOP查詢、異常排除、知識搜尋） * 定義導入範圍、KPI（如：查詢效率、工時節省、決策準確度）與限制條件 * 規劃資料來源整合（MES、ERP、PLM、文件系統、資料庫） ### **B. AI 平台導入設計** * 規劃並落地以下核心能力： * **RAG 應用** ：知識檢索、引用回傳、正確率優化 * **知識庫治理** ：文件分類、權限控管、更新與維運流程 * **SQL Agent** ：自然語言查詢製造數據（WIP、Yield、設備狀態等） * **AI Agents** ：跨系統任務整合（如報表生成、流程自動化） * 與技術團隊共同設計 Prompt / Agent Workflow 並進行測試與優化 ### **C. 專案推進與交付** * 規劃導入路線（PoC → Pilot → Production） * 管理里程碑、進度、風險與資源配置 * 協調跨部門團隊（AI工程、IT、客戶單位） * 負責交付文件： * 導入計畫書 * SIT / UAT 測試文件 * 上線與維運規範 ### **D. 成效驗證與持續優化** * 建立量化指標（如RAG命中率、使用率、節省工時） * 追蹤使用回饋並持續優化模型與知識品質 * 協助企業推動 AI adoption（教育訓練 / SOP 建立 ## **任職條件 （Requirements）** ### **必要條件** * 具備**顧問能力** ：能獨立進行需求訪談、問題拆解與方案設計 * 具備**專案推進經驗** * 熟悉資料流程或企業系統（DB / API / 文件系統） * 具備 AI 應用基本概念（RAG / LLM / SQL查詢邏輯） ### **加分條件** * 製造業 / 半導體產業經驗（MES / Yield / WIP / 設備資料） * 有導入以下任一經驗： * 知識庫系統 * BI / 報表系統 * AI / NLP / Chatbot * 了解資料治理 / 資安 / 權限機制 * 有客戶提案或顧問簡報經驗
