So that together we can support even more people - including our own - to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ **If you believe in better, we’d love to hear from you.** **About the Role** 该职位将在实习期间负责： 从GEN AI保险运营场景的探索与挖掘做为切点，深入了解保险运营旅程，加深对保险行业的整体认知，同时培养实习生的创新思维能力以及团队协作能力。 具体工作内容如下： 协助推进运营GEN AI用例的探索工作，包括但不限于： • 协助业务分析及整理工作：深入理解业务，整理汇总相关需求及痛点，持续推进方案的优化/更新； • 进行内外部沟通：协助进行业务需求及技术方案的沟通和澄清； • 撰写报告及文档：负责GEN AI应用进展汇报以及阶段性产出总结工作。 人选画像： • 本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，统计/数学/计算机/金融等相关专业优先，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）； • 具备优秀的数据处理及分析能力，敏锐的数据洞察力及快速学习能力； • 对创新应用/技术充满热情，对Gen AI有一定的了解； • 性格开朗热情，具有较强的团队协作能力以及沟通能力； • 熟练应用microsoft办公软件，具有高效的PPT攥写能力。 岗位核心价值： 着眼前沿科技的落地应用尝试，将保险运营及GEN AI有机结合，在获取保险知识的同时，充分探索新技术的可能性。 _Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
