Must Have
More than 2 years of relevant experience in application support, platform support, or engineering‑adjacent roles, understanding of APIs, REST services, and application integration concepts, Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as model inference, prompts, and evaluation, Experience troubleshooting application‑level issues using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools, Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred), IAM, and basic networking concepts, Ability to write scripts or utilities in Python, Java or similar languages for automation and troubleshooting, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
hands‑on experience with AI/ML concepts, GCP Document AI, Software development experience in Java(Spring Boot), Python(FastAPI), React, Exposure to Generative AI platforms, LLMs, or AI orchestration tools, Experience with notebooks (Jupyter), SDKs, or internal developer platforms, Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and dashboards, Understanding of responsible AI, governance, or compliance considerations
