# **_Business Unit_** About IEG Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users. # **_What the Role Entails_** We are the Game Platform (Middle Platform) Team at Tencent Games, focusing on applying AI technologies to game development and operations. This role is application-oriented, where you will work on bringing Large Language Models (LLMs) and AIGC capabilities into real-world gaming scenarios. * Participate in the design and implementation of AI applications in gaming scenarios (e.g., content generation, intelligent NPCs, operational tools) * Develop and optimize applications based on LLMs, including prompt engineering and workflow design * Build prototypes and internal tools to improve production and operational efficiency * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI solutions from concept to deployment * Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and explore innovative use cases in games # ** _Who We Look For_** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields * Proficient in at least one programming language (Python / Java / C++) * Basic understanding of machine learning or LLMs; hands-on experience is a plus * Strong engineering skills with the ability to build functional prototypes or tools * Strong interest in AI applications and productization * Passion for gaming industry; gaming experience is preferred * Good communication and teamwork skills ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with LLM applications (Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agents, etc.) * Experience with AIGC (text, image, or audio generation) * Experience in building AI tools or automation systems * Fam
