JLL’s Government, Education and Non-Profit (GEN) Advisory group is building a working AI infrastructure to support how we run the business and deliver client work, and we’re looking for an AI Analyst to help design, build, and operate it. This is not a technical IT role. It is a hybrid real estate advisory and AI practitioner role for someone who wants to learn the real estate consulting business while simultaneously becoming expert in applying AI tools to the real problems faced by our internal teams and mission-driven clients. If you are early in your career and genuinely excited about both public sector real estate and the frontier of AI-augmented professional work, this role was built for you. **What You’ll Be Building** GEN Advisory runs hundreds of advisory assignments per year across education, local government, state government, and federal practice areas. Each assignment generates research, analysis, financial models, presentations, reports, and proposals. Our goal is to use AI tools to compress the time it takes to do that work at high quality, so our team can focus on the creative, complex thinking that drives real value for clients.
