track record of building things, spent the last couple of years obsessing over what AI can actually do, have shipped interesting things, think from first principles, get restless when you are not building something, built an LLM-powered tool people actually use, fine-tuned a model for a niche domain, designed an agent pipeline that does something genuinely useful, hacked together something at a hackathon that made people stop and pay attention

Design and build AI-powered features across AltOS
Work closely with product and senior leadership to move ideas from concept to shipped product
Take full responsibility for problems across scoping
Help define how Vega uses AI across the company
Stay close to what's happening in AI research and tooling
and bring what matters back to the team
