We’re expanding our AI team and looking for another AI Adoption Lead to help us go further, faster. This is a new role on a growing team, built for someone who is more builder than theorist; more doer than strategist.   About the Role   In this role, you'll help bring AI into the day-to-day work of every department at BIS. This role isn't about talking up the future of AI - it's about making AI real, practical, and useful right now. You'll work across departments to uncover opportunities, build and deploy AI solutions, and help people do their jobs better, faster, and more creatively. If you're all about action, experimentation, and making change stick, this is your kind of role.   Part engineer, part consultant, part coach — you bring ideas to life and you bring people along with you.   This is an onsite role based at our Sherwood Park, Alberta office. ## In this role, you'll be expected to Find and prioritize where AI can make the biggest difference across teams and workflows, surfacing and validating automation opportunities. Conduct discovery with departments - interviewing team members, mapping their processes, and understanding how people actually work before proposing any solution. Build and maintain AI agents and complex workflows that connect BIS systems together, solve real business problems, and drive measurable efficiency gains. Drive AI projects from start to finish, managing active pilots across multiple departments simultaneously and balancing quick wins with longer-term initiatives. Train and support teams to build AI into their daily work through hands-on coaching, workshops, lunch-and-learns, and one-on-one sessions.
