What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant practical hands-on experience with generative AI tools, especially OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot., Experience designing, configuring, and building AI assistants, agents, copilots, or workflow automations from concept to deployment at scale., Knowledge about prompt design, agent design, workflow automation, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop delivery models., Ability to translate business problems into usable AI-enabled solutions without overengineering., understanding of what is required to move an AI use case from prototype to production, including testing, controls, user experience, governance, support, and iteration., Experience leading digital, AI, automation, or transformation initiatives in a large and complex organisation., A track record in change management, capability building, and driving behavioural adoption of new technologies., stakeholder management skills across executive, functional, and operational environments., Ability to communicate clearly and explain AI in clear, practical language., A proactive, outcome-focused mindset and enjoy experimentation for measurable value creation.

**AI Adoption & Delivery Lead** Nordhavn, Copenhagen, Denmark We are looking for someone who wants to shape Svitzer’s AI journey by influencing leaders, enabling teams, and building solutions that turn AI from ambition into everyday business value. More specifically, you will turn AI from scattered individual productivity gains into measurable, enterprise-level business outcomes. This means building capability and confidence across functions, shaping strong use cases with the business, and ensuring the best ideas are translated into deployed solutions that improve the way work gets done. As AI Adoption & Delivery Lead, you will join Svitzer’s Technology department in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, and be part of the Technology Leadership Team, reporting to the CIO.
