We’re looking for an AI Adoption Analyst to help drive AI adoption and capability across our organisation. In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our AI enablement journey - supporting the rollout of impactful training, engaging communications, and innovative adoption initiatives that empower our people to confidently use AI in their day-to-day work. ## Day to day you will Support the delivery of AI capability uplift programmes, including preparation and development of training materials, coordination of sessions, and facilitation of learning activities aligned to role-based learning pathways. Assist in executing firmwide AI engagement initiatives (e.g. communications, campaigns, hackathons), identifying opportunities to increase awareness participation and impact across business groups. Provide practical support to business users adopting AI tools, including coaching on usage, troubleshooting, and reinforcement of best practices for AI-enabled workflows. Collect and analyse feedback, adoption metrics, and usage insights, and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement of enablement programmes and post-deployment adoption of AI solutions. Contribute to the development and ongoing evolution of enablement assets, knowledge content, and AI Champion activities, ensuring alignment with Trusted AI principles and internal policies. ## About you Demonstrated interest in AI / emerging technology Strong organisation and coordination skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Willingness to support and coach others Exposure to various
