What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years in B2B SaaS or PLG company with at least 1 year in ABM, demand generation, business development or a closely related role., Exposure to AI and automation in marketing contexts: intent signals, predictive tools, or campaign personalization at scale., Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns, including at least a few of: direct mail, field events, executive programs, or content-driven plays., Comfortable collaborating with sales teams and comfortable in Salesforce, Clay, or similar ABM/intent platforms., Clear communicator, both written and verbal, who can simplify complex ideas for both internal stakeholders and external buyers., Willingness to travel up to 5% for ABM events and account programs.

Full Job Description
About the Role As an ABM Specialist, you'll execute AI-driven account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline within Scribe's most important enterprise accounts. This high-impact role leverages AI insights, automation, and personalization to deepen engagement, partner closely with Sales, and accelerate enterprise deal cycles. You'll work alongside Sales, RevOps, and the broader marketing team to run personalized 1:1 and 1:few plays, support field events and executive experiences, and track what's working. You'll report to the Senior Director, Demand Generation. This role is fully remote (U.S. only). What you'll do - Execute ABM campaigns: Run 1:1 and 1:few campaigns for Scribe's target strategic accounts across channels like direct mail, content hubs, in-app/product signals, and events. For paid digital campaigns, you'll brief and collaborate with the acquisition team rather than own execution directly. - Focus on AI in ABM: Experiment with emerging AI and automation capabilities across ABM, measurement, and orchestration to improve efficiency and pipeline impact. - Build tailored experiences: Develop personalized content, messaging, microsites, and event activations that resonate with executive buyers and buying groups. - Support ABM events: Help plan and execute field events, VIP dinners, and executive roundtables that drive engagement within target accounts. Own pre- and post-event campaign follow-through. - Partner with Sales: Work hand-in-hand with AEs to execute account plans, deliver personalized plays, and help open doors and accelerate deals. - Measure what matters: Track account engagement, coverage, event ROI, and pipeline impact.
