AH-64 Maintenance Engineering Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Maintenance Engineering organization is seeking first-line managers (K) to lead the Product Support team for Attack Helicopters in Mesa, AZ. The primary responsibility is to lead the BGS Maintenance Engineering team supporting the AH-64. This position will direct and manage Technical Publications , oversee integration of domestic technical data deliveries, develop new product offerings and go-to-market strategies to capture additional business, and effectively manage, develop, and motivate the team. **Position Responsibilities:** * Leads planning and integration activities for stand-alone support program(s) or major support business/program element where business needs dictate. * Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities. * Manages employees performing activities related to cost, schedule, quality and risk management. * Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. * Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. * Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. * Manages, develops and motivates employees. **Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * Experience working with military technical publications as an author, reviewer, or quality control / quality assurance * 3+ years of experience do you have developing and maintaining relationships and
