Role Description: * Responsible for driving business growth through the sale of service agreements, maintenance contracts, for industrial lifting equipment (overhead cranes, hoists, and related systems). The role focuses on developing long-term customer partnerships, ensuring service excellence, and achieving sales targets aligned with the company’s business strategy. Key Tasks : * Identify, pursue, and secure new customers for service agreements and contracts. * Promote Konecranes’ value-added services including preventive maintenance, inspections. * Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. * Build and nurture strong relationships with industrial clients across diverse sectors (manufacturing, logistics, energy, automotive, etc.). * Act as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations, renewals, and customer inquiries. * Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their operational needs and aligning Konecranes’ solutions to meet them. * Prepare, present, and negotiate service proposals and agreements in compliance with company policies. * Monitor contract performance, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed terms. * Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to resolve customer issues effectively. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and opportunities for growth. * Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs. * Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand presence in the reg
