Must Have
17+ years of experience in purchase management, procurement, or supply chain functions, expertise in industrial procurement, vendor development, and strategic sourcing, understanding of procurement planning, inventory control, and material management processes, Excellent commercial acumen with proven negotiation and cost optimization capabilities, Ability to manage large vendor networks and high-value procurement operations efficiently, leadership and team management experience with the ability to drive accountability and performance, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Good understanding of contract management, procurement compliance, and supplier agreements, communication and stakeholder management capabilities, Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments with operational ownership
Nice to Have
Experience in transformer, electrical equipment, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred, Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement tools, and reporting platforms is an advantage
