This position is located in Frisco, TX or La Jolla, CA offices and is on-site five days a week.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of closing sales experience, preferably inside, telesales, or business development in software or a related technology with a proven history of exceeding targets, Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. All communications should be clear, concise, and effective, targeted to meet the information needs of the audience and verified to ensure they’ve been received and understood, Organized, resilient, and tenacious with outreach, and exhibit a hunter’s focus on new relationships, Resourceful, action-oriented, collaborative — a team player who goes all out to support your teammates, You handle ambiguity, change, and every challenge with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
Nice to Have
A bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field preferred

Guide prospects to fast
Manage a high volume of opportunities
Position Altium as the essential design solution
structured discovery questions to uncover pain
Translate technical challenges into clear business outcomes
Frame conversations around ROI
Operate in short sales cycles (days to weeks)
Prioritize efficiently and manage a large volume of opportunities
Keep deals moving with proactive next steps and valuable follow-up
Explain complex workflows or features simply and compellingly
Tailor value messaging to engineers
and C- Level executives
Confidently handle objections and close decisively
Build trust quickly with technical buyers
Provide relevant insights rather than generic product pitches
Identify quick wins and long-term upsell opportunities
Approach sales targets and all professional goals with a winning mentality and a clear focus on quality and business success
