Must Have
Minimum of 3 years of direct Scrum Master experience, working specifically with development teams in a technical environment, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required, Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools, Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a remote environment, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, influencing skills to guide development teams in achieving sprint goals
Nice to Have
Experience working in SaaS, FinTech, or startup environments preferred, PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification is a plus, Hands-on technical background (development or QA) to engage effectively with engineering teams, Experience managing smaller company teams (fewer than 500 employees) to ensure cultural fit and adaptability, Background in financial technology or SaaS is a plus, but not mandatory, Ability to foster engagement and collaboration in geographically distributed teams
