Agile Release Train Coach and Engineer **The Opportunity:** The Enterprise Agile Coach supports PMW 240 in a hybrid Agile–ITSM environment by guiding organizational adoption of effective delivery practices, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening alignment between strategy and execution. This role leads backlog refinement, facilitates key team‑level ceremonies, and partners closely with engineering, architecture, networking, leadership, and Scrum Masters to promote coordinated, value‑driven outcomes. The coach also enables portfolio‑level visibility through Portfolio Kanban systems, optimized Jira configuration, and cross‑program risk and dependency management, while supporting planning activities and advancing technical and data‑infrastructure initiatives using tools such as Databricks and SPORK.
