5 + years total experience, 3 + years in Agile delivery roles, Experience working across Product Management, UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, and Development, coaching and leadership skills, understanding of Agile values and delivery practices applied pragmatically, Experience with modern software delivery workflows, Supports multiple teams, builds cross-divisional relationships, communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Highly organized, prioritization skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills, Proactively identifies risks, drives team alignment, adapts well to change, continuous improvement, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Current work authorization for Canada is required
