Raise Agile maturity across the organization
Influence how the organization scales

Establish and Lead Agile Ways of Working across the Swedish Practice
Own and continuously evolve the Agile Operating Model
Drive consistent adoption of Lean‑Agile principles across teams
Define and refine governance structures
and metrics that enable scaled agility
Measure and report on Agile maturity and transformation progress
Lead and coordinate the virtual Lean‑Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE)
Lead the LACE as the central hub for Agile standards
and continuous improvement
Develop and maintain Agile playbooks
and best‑practice assets
Establish and facilitate Communities of Practice for Product Owners & Team Coaches
Orchestrate Cadence and Synchronization across value streams
Plan and facilitate key scaled‑agile ceremonies and cross‑team synchronization events
Ensure alignment on dependencies

Coach Teams and Leaders in Doing and Being Agile
Provide hands‑on coaching to Product Owners
