Must Have
3+ years as an Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Iteration Manager in a digital environment, Proven ability to plan and coordinate delivery from discovery through to release, optimising time to value, Demonstrated ability to coach individuals and squads in adopting Agile mindsets and practices, enabling high-performing teams, Proficient in multiple agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and other frameworks, capability in risk and issue identification and management, Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, written and verbal communication skills, Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Miro
Nice to Have
Experience in mobile applications, Experience in Salesforce
