Must Have
deep expertise in agile coaching, organizational change, business agility, demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, advanced facilitation, mentoring, and advisory skills, proven experience with agile techniques and frameworks such as User Stories, Sprints, Continuous Integration, and Testing, other agile approaches including XP, Kanban, and Design Thinking, skilled at introducing these practices to the appropriate teams at the optimal time, experienced with agile tools (i. e. , Jira, Confluence), legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified, valid work or study permit
