MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Own problems end-to-end—from idea to production - Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications - Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers - Operate in small, highly autonomous teams - Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration - Deliver 2x the output of a non-AI using Senior Engineer - Improve our internal agent network and development workflows - Move across the stack when needed - Focus on user and business outcomes, not output CORE REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications within an organization, which has seen measurable, successful adoption - Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications (frontend + backend) - Comfortable operating w
