What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years in automation, consulting, or related technical leadership roles, demonstrated ability to translate that experience into enterprise Microsoft Power Platform deliveries (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse), Demonstrated experience establishing or maturing automation delivery frameworks, best practices, or CoE governance, Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, custom agent design, topic architecture, and enterprise data source integration, Track record as a Technical Lead, with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams on client-facing engagements, ALM and CI/CD knowledge using Azure DevOps, including environment management, solution packaging, and deployment pipelines, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing non-technical executives
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-600, or AI-102, Experience with AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, or Cognitive Services integrations, Familiarity with Power BI for automation performance reporting, Programming experience in C#,. NET, JavaScript, or Python for custom connectors and PCF controls, Background migrating legacy RPA workflows (UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar) to Power Automate Desktop
