Must Have
Hands-on experience building AI agents, orchestrated workflows, automation systems beyond simple chat-based prompting, understanding of multi-step workflows, tool orchestration, AI-enabled processes, Experience working in product, engineering, operations, growth, similarly hands-on environments, Ability to prioritise competing problems, think through the full lifecycle of a solution, Commercial awareness, understanding of how systems and workflows connect to business outcomes, stakeholder communication, collaboration skills, Curiosity, initiative, enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI tooling, Comfort working in fast-moving environments
Nice to Have
Experience with experimentation, A testing, CRO, Exposure to customer acquisition funnels, digital product journeys, Experience working with growth, content, operational workflows, Familiarity with fintech, marketplaces, high-volume digital products
