What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Hands-on experience building AI agents, orchestrated workflows, or automation systems beyond simple chat-based prompting, understanding of multi-step workflows, tool orchestration, and AI-enabled processes, Experience working in product, engineering, operations, growth, or similarly hands-on environments, Ability to prioritise competing problems and think through the full lifecycle of a solution, Commercial awareness and an understanding of how systems and workflows connect to business outcomes, stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, Curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI tooling, Comfort working in fast-moving environments where technology and priorities evolve quickly
Nice to Have
Experience with experimentation, A testing, or CRO, Exposure to customer acquisition funnels or digital product journeys, Experience working with growth, content, or operational workflows, Familiarity with fintech, marketplaces, or high-volume digital products

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand problems, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into practical AI solutions; Work closely with product, engineering, design, analytics, and growth teams to deliver measurable outcomes; Collaborate with some of the brightest minds in fintech, financial services, and strategy
