Must Have
Proven experience in enterprise or commercial B2B sales, ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder environments, Experience selling AI, automation, data, or platform-based solutions, ability to translate technical concepts into business value, particularly in emerging technology areas, A track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth, high-change environment, Experience leading consultative discovery and building executive-level relationships, commercial acumen, with the ability to build and articulate ROI-driven business cases, Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills

Familiarity with modern data and AI ecosystems (e. g. Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure, ML/AI platforms)
What You'll Do.
Partner with core Account Executives to identify
and close Agentforce opportunities across a defined territory
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Agentforce
from discovery through to deal closure
in a co-prime capacity
Drive deep discovery conversations to uncover customer challenges across productivity
and customer experience
Translate AI and automation capabilities into clear business outcomes
building compelling value cases and transformation narratives
Develop and present Points of View (PoVs) that articulate how AI agents can reshape customer operations and deliver measurable ROI
Engage both technical and business stakeholders—from IT and Data leaders to C-suite executives
Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales
and Customer Success to deliver a unified “One Salesforce” experience
Position Agentforce in the context of broader Salesforce capabilities
Stay ahead of market trends in AI
and digital labour to bring informed
credible insights to customers
