What You'll Do.
Registrar la entrada y la salida de los huéspedes
Liquidar las facturas de los huéspedes
Conciliar todas las transacciones al cierre de un turno
Brindar el más alto nivel de hospitalidad para ayudar huéspedes durante su estancia
Asegura que al huésped se le asigne el tipo de habitación solicitada y se cobre la tarifa correcta
Organiza la entrega del equipaje en la habitación de los huéspedes
Determina la satisfacción del huésped
publica los cargos por retraso y presenta la factura al huésped
Liquida la factura con precisión mediante tarjeta de crédito o transacción en efectivo
Concilia todas las transacciones al cierre de cada turno
Utiliza una variedad de sistemas informáticos para registrar la entrada y la salida de los huéspedes
ejecutar informes diarios y seleccionar y bloquear habitaciones para los huéspedes que llegan
cambios y cancelaciones en ausencia del Personal del Departamento de Reservas
Mantener a la alta gerencia bien informada sobre cualquier problema o queja de los huéspedes
y sobre las medidas tomadas
Responder adecuadamente en cualquier emergencia o situación de seguridad del hotel
Realizar otras tareas o proyectos que le asigne la gerencia y el personal del hotel
