Must Have
3 years of work experience in B2B telesales or Customer Service, Experience with IT systems, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRMs, Fluent knowledge of English

Contacting new leads by phone to analyze customer requests and evaluate potential offers aligned with business needs
Conducting negotiations with new clients and generating ad hoc offers

Performing regular follow-ups on submitted offers to ensure an optimal negotiation process
Collecting and maintaining customer data and offers in the CRM (Salesforce)
