What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of relevant work experience, specifically managing an agent network in The Gambia, minimum of 1 year of experience managing field-based teams, Work authorization in The Gambia is required
Nice to Have
Fluency in English and in any local languages is a plus, willing to be deployed in other parts of the country

Manage agent recruitment by leading a team
Ensure agent quality and compliance
Guarantee the agent network is fully trained
Collaborate with the BTL team
Collaborate with the agent liquidity team
Manage risk through routine visits
Identify underperforming agents
Champion excellent customer service
