To communicate with overseas offices to ensure that import documents reach destination in timely manner. 2. To ensure accurate shipment data information. 3. To prepare the Arrival Notice to consignees and ensure consignee alert of ETA date of cargo and the expiration of free time storage. 4. To co-ordinate with co-loaders and carriers the delivery of Container Yard cargoes. 5. To accurately check credit accounts. 6. To audit and release delivery order to consignees. 7. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs. ## Qualifications * University Graduate with 1 years’ experience in forwarding or carrier industry. * Good planning and organizing skills. * Solid knowledge of import operations and documentation. * Good command
