You will support daily operations, coordinate shipments, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams. Operations * Open and manage import files in the system * Receive and verify shipping documents * Process shipments in line with company procedures * Monitor shipments and provide status updates * Ensure accurate and timely invoicing * Maintain accurate data entry in operational systems * Follow customer SOPs and compliance requirements Customer Service * Communicate with customers promptly and professionally * Coordinate with overseas offices and service providers * Resolve issues or escalate when needed * Maintain strong working relationships with customers ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * Basic understanding of freight forwarding or logistics * Good computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word) * Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) * Strong attention to detail and organization * Ability to work in a team and manage daily tasks effectively * Positive attitude and willingness to learn ## Additional Information Expeditors offers excellent benefits: * Paid Vacation, Holiday, Sick Time * Health Plan: Medical * Life Insurance * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Training and Personnel Development Program
