What You'll Do.
Assist Supervisor/Department Head with all aspects of the
Ensure proper and timely movement of freight
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our
Track and trace Ocean Export files
Ensure timely clearance and delivery of freight to
Ensure documents are sent timely
Communicate arrival notices to destination
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
Interact with customers in arranging international shipments
Meet customer service standards
Meet compliance to regulations
Follow internal policies and procedures
Follow external government regulations
Follow customer's policies / requirements
Understand department process flow
Look for areas of improved efficiency
Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed
Update customer Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Support Supervisor/ Manager in timely responding to requests
Assist in providing competitive market pricing
Assist in retention calls
Complete customer reviews
Document customer reviews in company system
Monitor company reports
Proactively communicate with the team
