Major Duties and Responsibilities: * Interact with our customers in processing their international shipments by following Procedure set by the company in OPS, and meeting customer’s expectations. * Understand department process flow and ensure correct entry timely. * Preparation & Updating of DLSOP to ensure all customers standard operating procedures are in place. * Screening of customer’s creditability before shipment. * Screening of MK denial parties before shipment. * Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing, within Expeditors and customer standards. * Contribute to maintain good relationships with suppliers (Shipping lines, trucking companies and CFS Provider an
