What You'll Do.
Ensure smooth and timely shipment process flow
Ensure all customers requirements are followed
Ensure accurate and timely data entry
Monitor shipment reports
Support the Supervisor/ Manager
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Assist in responding to requests for information
Assist in timely responding to requests for information
Assist with market competitive pricing
Assist in retention calls
Complete customer reviews
Monitor company's report
Proactively communicate with the team
Ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies
Be a guide for the team
Ensure that positive attitude is maintained
Allocate workloads within team
Ensure smooth operations during peak activity
Ensure smooth operations during staff absence
Promote productivity tools within the team
Use invoice processing
Be continuously open to implementing new system changes
