What You'll Do.
Daily process and input of all customer orders
Check and compare documents
Issue Inbound Receiving Manifests and Delivery Orders
Provide daily operational reports
Run stock reports to check product availability
Generate all related paperwork
Perform accurate and timely data entry
last minute shipping requests
Trace orders as required
Constantly liaise service providers
Receive and process all relevant reports
Understand department process flow
Maintain excellent working relationships with customers
Meet compliance at all times to regulations
Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies
Support other product teams in operations tasks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the Transportation and Operations Departments; Constantly liaise service providers to get updates relating product handling, delivery and distribution; Maintain excellent working relationships with customers; Able to work well in team
