If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships, this is your chance to build your own business and help others secure their future.   Key Responsibilities   - Drive revenue growth by prospecting, networking, and tapping into community contacts to generate leads and fill your sales pipeline. - Present and educate clients on our full suite of insurance products (auto, home, life, business, specialty) using consultative sales techniques. - Assess client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions that provide real value and protection. - Manage the full sales cycle: identify prospects, consult, present solutions, and close deals to grow your book of business. - Foster lasting relationships and generate referrals through outstanding customer service. - Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. - Stay current on market trends and product enhancements to remain competitive.   Qualifications   - Outgoing, persuasive personality with strong communication and negotiation skills. - Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a passion for surpassing sales goals. - Ability to work independently and manage time to maximize opportunities. - Prior sales or client-facing experience preferred but not required. - Willingness to obtain and maintain a Michigan insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty). - Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
