What You'll Do.
Manage mail distribution
Facilitate in-office event setup
Provide first-line support
Oversee office appearance and organization
Maintain supply inventory
Escalate facilities issues
Support adoption of Compass technology
Provide basic marketing support
Create collateral from templates
Act as liaison to marketing specialists
Answer basic questions
Troubleshoot technology/device issues
Troubleshoot conference room hardware issues
Troubleshoot enterprise system issues
Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance
Prepare sales meetings
Send office-wide communications
