What You'll Do.
Serve as the face of the office
managing mail distribution
facilitating in-office event setup
providing first-line support
maintaining supply inventory
escalating facilities issues
Support the adoption of Compass technology
providing customers with 1:1 support
Provide basic marketing support
creating collateral from templates
Work collaboratively with other team members
Answer basic questions
troubleshoot issues related to technology/devices
Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance
sales meeting preparation
office-wide communications
