Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent college diploma in aircraft manufacturing, More than 7 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and systems integration, Strong understanding of aerospace engineering and manufacturing processes, Results-oriented with a work ethic, Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)

What You'll Do.
Participate in new product development activities at the platform level
Support aircraft design by applying Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and cost optimization principles
Work within a multidisciplinary team to support project requirements
Contribute to business cases and feasibility analyses
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Industrialization teams to define an optimal manufacturing strategy
Review and optimize configurations and concepts with Advanced Design teams
Evaluate manufacturing and assembly technologies and recommend the best options
Define final assembly and integration methods
Ensure supplier activities comply with design standards and methodologies
Produce and document manufacturing definition deliverables
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
Support problem solving and schedule recovery efforts
Contribute to project tracking (cost
Provide support and visibility to management
