What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 15 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing methods or production support, experience with aircraft mechanical systems installation, Significant experience supporting Final Assembly Line (FAL) operations, ability to work directly on the shop floor in a production support role, Good understanding of engineering drawings and aerospace technical documentation, Experience with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing documentation, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills, Good communication in English
What You'll Do.
Provide daily hands-on support to production teams for aircraft mechanical systems installations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered on the production floor to minimize impacts on schedule and quality
and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation related to mechanical systems installation
Translate engineering data into practical and executable assembly methods adapted to production realities
Support installation and integration activities for aircraft mechanical systems
Participate in non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis with Quality
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize installation and manufacturing processes
and equipment required for assembly operations
Actively support production ramp-up and industrialization activities for the DHC-515 program
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with production supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure rapid resolution of technical issues; Participate in non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams
