What You'll Do.
Handle daily process and input of customer orders
Provide daily operational reports
Run stock reports for product availability
Prepare paperwork for customer work orders
Perform ETMS functions
Coordinate shipping requests
Contact shipping vendors and customers for cargo clearance
Contact warehouse office for cargo handling
Perform invoicing and conduct billings
Trace orders and notify customers
Keep updated all concerned parties regarding cargo movement
Perform all paperwork associated with orders
Maintain a current and accurate procedures manual
Answer phone calls for requests and complaints
Take up additional assignments
