Software development or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent), Understanding of enterprise application integration and data flow management, Ability to translate business requirements into technical logic, Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset

Exposure to the four domains is preferred: Supply Chain, Asset Management, Procurement and FSM, Exposure to AI frameworks, APIs, or agent orchestration tools is advantageous
What You'll Do.
Translate complex business processes into autonomous AI agent logic
and deploy AI agents that optimize workflows

Configure and develop agents that can interact with enterprise systems (ERP
Develop and test AI agent behaviors using scripting and platform tools
Collaborate with AI engineers to enhance agent performance
Work with SMEs and implementation teams to map processes into logical steps suitable for AI orchestration
Ensure agent-driven workflows align with business rules
Maintain clear documentation for agent configuration
Partner with Implementation & Sustaining Engineering to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of AI agents in production
Support Product and Platform teams by providing feedback and insights from real-world deployments
Participate in customer engagements to validate use cases and support adoption

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with customers, product teams, and AI platform engineers; Collaborate with AI engineers to enhance agent performance, learning, and adaptability; Work with SMEs and implementation teams to map processes into logical steps suitable for AI orchestration; Partner with Implementation & Sustaining Engineering to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of AI agents in production; Support Product and Platform teams by providing feedback and insights from real-world deployments; Participate in customer engagements to validate use cases and support adoption; engaging with colleagues to share ideas and build meaningful relationships
