1 year working experience, customer service, monitoring freight, customs declarations, follow up on inbound shipments, monitor flight/vessel arrivals, meet Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement, report discrepancy, complete customs competency test, file for customs entry, ensure paperwork in proper order, meet Key Performance Indicators on customs entries, comply with Singapore Customs rules, achieve 100 % customer satisfaction, respond to customer complaint and query, answer all incoming calls, develop good rapport with customers, enter data into system, bill freight and handling charges, prepare and submit reports
