Expeditors is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. 1. To review, check and verify customs brokerage documents as provided by Customers, Government Agencies and Expeditors Service Providers. 2. To prepare all related paperwork and necessary information such as Customs Entry and Delivery Order, and then provide to the relevant parties in a timely manner. 3. To perform all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files including disposal. 4. To invoice timely, accurately and completely based on approved quotations, CSOP, RFQ. 5. To coordinate with internal/external relevant parties in handling shipments, performing invoicing, including associated back-up and documentation and ensure proper invoicing of accounts. 6. To contact customers and service providers on any issues regarding customs formalities, clearance, billing and payment. 7. To communicate by phone or email for supporting any requests and complaints. 8. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs. ## Qualifications * Bachelor Degree in any fields. * At least one-year working experience in customs brokerage or accounting. * Knowledge of customs formalities, clearance, cargo handling process and customs regulations are preferable. * Accounting Background is preferable. * Good command of English and typing sk
